Returns and Refunds Policy
Our refund policy is 14 days after receipt of your item.
We will refund your item in the following cases:
- Item has not been delivered within 30 business days of shipment
- The item arrived damaged (refund after return)
- The item does not match the description (refund after return)
To be eligible for a refund following a return, your item must be in its original packaging. It must not have been used.
Personalized items are ONLY exchanged or refunded if a personalization error was made by us or if the item has not been delivered within 30 business days of shipment.
Items may be returned at the customer's expense.
Personalized items are not eligible for return.

Late or refund not made
If you haven't received your refund yet, check your payment method account first.
Subsequently, please contact your bank as the reimbursement time may take several days.
If after 7 to 10 working days you still have not received your refund, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
